Xdrv B.V. ("Xdrv", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how long we retain it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the personal data that is necessary to provide our Services. This may include:

• Identity data: name, company name (if applicable)
• Contact data: phone number, email address, postal address
• Booking data: pick-up and drop-off locations, dates and times, driver preferences, special requirements
• Financial data: invoicing details, payment records
• Communication data: messages sent via WhatsApp, Signal, email, or the Xdrv app
• Vehicle data: make, model, and registration of your vehicle

We do not collect sensitive personal data unless you explicitly provide it and it is strictly necessary for the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Service delivery: to confirm and fulfil your Booking (legal basis: performance of a contract)
• Invoicing and payment: to issue invoices and process payments (legal basis: contract and legal obligation)
• Communication: to respond to enquiries and keep you informed (legal basis: contract and legitimate interest)
• Service improvement: to improve quality based on feedback (legal basis: legitimate interest)
• Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws and regulations (legal basis: legal obligation)

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Data Retention

• Booking and service records: retained for 2 years after the last Service
• Financial and invoicing records: retained for 7 years (Dutch tax law)
• Communication records: retained for 1 year after the last communication

After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

• Xdrv drivers: only information necessary to perform your Booking
• Service providers: third-party processors bound by data processing agreements
• Legal authorities: where required by law or a court order

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jayden@xdrv.nl. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

8. Cookies

The Xdrv website is a static site and does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Statement will be updated accordingly.

9. Changes to This Statement

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The most current version is always available on the Xdrv website.
